WHY REFORMER PILATES
Everyone can enjoy Pilates, there is something for everyone! Pilates helps to build a strong connection between mind and body while gaining strength and improving flexibility. Using a reformer helps to achieve a full body workout while improving muscular balance. One/one lessons focus only on you and help you reach your specific fitness goals. Pilates has been shown to improve posture and alignment, balance and coordination. Pilates are low impact exercises that help to generate optimal strength through muscle balance and fine-tuning neuromuscular patterns.

MEET ALY
I’m Aly, I’m a passionate and comprehensively-trained Pilates instructor. I graduated from The University of Guelph with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. Once I graduated I wanted a more well-rounded approach to health and fitness so I completed a graduate certificate in Exercise Science at Niagara College. During placement I fell in love with Pilates at a local Pilates studio. After graduation from Exercise Science I completed my comprehensive training and now I have over four years experience with both group classes and individual training. I've primarily focused on working with physiotherapists to rehabilitate injuries but I love to work with people who are focused on their fitness goals.
I love providing a calm, supportive and encouraging environment while teaching. I thrive watching people overcome their physical and mental barriers and see them grow stronger physically and in spirit.
